This is because the oil consists of only natural ingredients and different temperatures can affect the oil such that it can both swell and freeze. ]]> The dynamic cup may feel firm at first, but the more you use it, the softer it will become. Since it is made of 100 percent pure silicone, a natural material, it will gradually soften and become more flexible and responsive over time. We recommend watching our instruction video, where we show how you can soften the cup more quickly by using both hands and pressing the cup from both sides, working around the entire cup before using it on the body. You can also speed up the process by exposing the cup to heat, for example by using it in a sauna or warm shower, or by pouring warm water into the cup and pressing it from all sides. If you have weak hands, the dynamic cup may still feel too firm in some cases. In that situation, the dynamic mini cup is often a better option, as it has thinner walls, softer silicone, and is therefore easier to use.

]]> Yes, this is normal. If it feels uncomfortably painful, especially in areas with a lot of cellulite, we recommend gradually increasing the massage.
