Curam body oil is created specifically for cupping and delivers optimal glide, nourishment, and flexibility when used together with Curam’s cups. The oil is designed to enhance the effects of cupping while supporting the skin’s circulation and softness.

Wooden Citrus is an organic oil made with natural ingredients from essential oils, offering soothing and grounding benefits for both body and mind. It is a blend of lavender, known for its relaxing effect on the body and muscles, eucalyptus, valued for its refreshing scent, and cedarwood, traditionally associated with breaking down fat deposits and the buildup of fluid and impurities.

Use the oil on dry skin to increase the slip when cupping or as a moisturizer after your cupping session in the shower and increase the benefits of the cupping effect.

Good for

Within the aromatherapy tradition, essential oils are used to affect different systems in the body. According to tradition, the oil’s ingredients and composition stimulate relaxation and is considered effective against muscle tension, poor lymph circulation, cellulite, wound healing, varicose veins, colds and more.

  1. Apply the oil on desired body area and gently massage the oil into the skin.
  2. Place Curam massage cup to desired area and leave the cup still for static use. Or slowly pull it over the skin for dynamic use, depending on what cup you are using.

Essential oils are pure concentrated oils that are extracted from the plant kingdom’s flowers, leaves, fruits, woods and more. The essential oil is present in different amounts in different plants and the composition of the oils is very complex. It is the unique combination of these substances that gives each essential oil its special effect on the human body and psyche. Curam Body and Massage oil is produced to be specifically tailored to support many of the benefits cupping can provide, according the aromatherapy tradition.

All ingredients are of vegetable and natural origin. The raw products that cannot be grown at our latitudes are taken from local producers around the world. By combining old knowledge with modern science and technology, controlled products are created, with consistently high quality and real function and effect.

The bottle is larger than the 150 ml that the oil is measured for. This is because the oil consists of only natural ingredients and different temperatures can affect the oil such that it can both swell and freeze. Therefore we have left room for expansion of the oil. The fact that the oil can take different forms is not something that destroys the oil in any way.

Can I use a different oil for cupping?

Yes you can, but be sure to choose an oil with good ingredients and good glide, as this can vary from oil to oil. Curam’s oil is specially formulated to enhance cupping effects and contains only natural ingredients from essential oils, making your cupping session the best it can be. Additionally, it has a wonderful scent and is excellent as a body lotion.

Why does your oil contain perfume?

Our oil does not contain perfume, only natural ingredients from essential oils. The reason ‘perfume’ is listed as one of the ingredients is due to a new EU regulation that now requires the declaration of essential oils as perfume. So, there is no change in the content, just a change in EU regulations, which might seem a bit misleading.

My bottle wasn’t completely full?

The bottle has a capacity greater than the 150 ml measured for the oil. This is because the oil consists solely of natural ingredients, and different temperatures can affect the oil, causing it to both expand and contract. Therefore, we have allowed room for the oil to expand. The fact that the oil may take on different forms does not in any way compromise its quality.
