I use them every day! The static ones under my feet, on the lumbar spine and on my calves (especially after I have been running or when I have been at a House dance session, the calves are really sored after that). The dynamic is perfect to use in the shower on my thighs and butt against my cellulites and to stimulate the flow there.

I have used the cups for about six months and love them. Recently, I let my sister-in-law use the static cups since she had had a sore neck for several weeks and was on sick leave because of that. After a couple of days of self-treatment with the cups, the neck was almost completely fine. How wonderful! Of course she ordered her own cups immediately.
