How to use

1. Apply oil
Apply Curam body oil for a smooth glide.

2. Place the cup
Place the cup on the skin, then gently squeeze and release to create light suction.

3. Use dynamic movement
Glide the cup using slow, sweeping strokes, or keep it in place for static use.

4. Keep it moving
To prevent marks, keep the cup in motion and avoid leaving it in one spot.

5. Adjust pressure
Control the suction by squeezing more or less. Start gently and increase gradually.

6. Build flexibility
The cup may feel firm at first but becomes softer and more flexible with regular use.

7. After use
Reapply oil to nourish the skin and support recovery.

Recommended use: 3–5 strokes per area, 2–3 times per week
