Static cupping:

Place “Curam dynamic” or “Curam Static” at the desired area of the skin. Slowly squeeze on both sides of the cup and then gently release to create a vacuum suction. With “Curam Static” you can also adjust the vacuum from above by pressing at the top of the cup and then release.

With Curam static, you leave the cup in one place and let the cup do its job. You can have several cups place on different body areas at the same time. For an even better attachment, you can apply body oil to the skin before attaching the cup. You can also use the cups in the shower with or without shower gel.
To prevent cupping marks, do not leave the cup on for too long, maximum a few minutes.

Try it and see how your skin reacts.
Suggested use: 2-3 times a week, 3-5 minutes per area.

Dynamic cupping:

For body cupping: apply Curam body & massage oil on dry skin or use in the shower on wet skin with shower gel or shower oil. Place “Curam dynamic”, one or as many cups as you want to the desired area of the skin. Slowly squeeze on both sides of the cup – at its widest part and then release gently to create a vacuum suction.
Then slowly move the cup along your arm, leg, buttocks, back or other parts of the body. Use sweeping massage movements in zigzag, circular or up and down patterns.

To prevent cupping marks, keep your cup moving at all time and do not leave the cup in one position (static cupping).
Suggested use: 2-3 times a week, 3-5 minutes per area.

For facial cupping:

Apply Curam face & massage oil to the area you want to treat, in order to help the cup glide smoothly over the skin and to nourish.

Gently apply the cup to the skin over the area you want to treat and squeeze on each side to create a vacuum.

Use slow sweeping gliding massage strokes and perform out and up motions. Move the cup the whole time to prevent cupping marks.

Work one side of your face at a time. End with a few lymph strokes from hairline down towards collarbones.
