Dynamic cupping, when letting the cup slide over the skin, stimulates lymph and blood circulation. This results in an efficient purification of slag products, lactid acid and the supply of fresh blood to the treated area.

If slag products are not transported away and remain in the tissues for too long, it can eventually be converted to be stored as fat and connective tissue. The slag products can then appear as cellulite, and the body can become swollen. Dynamic cupping is therefore recommended for treatment of cellulite.

Curam Dynamic thick walls and strong suction power makes it ideal for larger body areas in need of a good deep connective tissue massage. It is equally suitable for static use, preferably on slightly larger body areas such as the back, buttocks or legs. Both methods are effective against stagnation as both increases blood circulation and lymph circulation. Dynamic cupping may be preferable when there is more than one trigger point in one area and to work on larger surfaces using movement. For good sliding effect when used on dry skin, use oil or other lubricants. It is also great to use in the shower with shower cream.

Curam Dynamic is ergonomically designed to lie comfortably and firmly in the hand and the rounded lower edge makes it perfect when you want to cup yourself dynamically on various body parts. Dynamic cupping is also recommended for treatment of cellulite.

  • Ideal for larger body areas such as back, thighs, calves and buttocks. Depending on your size, the dynamic cup may be too large for certain body areas.
  • Both static and dynamic use. Either let the cup work for you or work actively with the cup.
  • The walls of Curam Dynamic are slightly thicker than Curam Static which makes it slightly stronger in its suction power.

How to use

01

Add one or as many cups as needed to desired area. Apply to skin, squeeze the cup on both sides on its widest part, and then release to create vacuum suction.

02

Curam Dynamic can be used statically, keeping the cup in one place, or dynamically by using a body oil combined with gentle movement. Cupping can also be done in the shower using body wash.

03

For dynamic use, move the cup along the length of your arm, leg, buttocks, back or other areas of your body. Use sweeping massage strokes in an up/down, and/or zig-zag pattern.

For lymphatic drainage, hold the cup in the direction of the lymph nodes to help flush away waste and slag products. Do not leave cups on the lymph nodes.

04

To prevent cupping marks, keep your cup moving at all times and do not leave the cup in one position (static cupping).

05

Suggested use: 2-3 times a week, 3-5 minutes per area. Curam cups can be used both pre and post-workouts.

06

Easily control the degree of suction by simply squeezing the cups more firmly or gently, depending on your preference.
