Acceptance

By registering and participating in the Curam Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not sign up or participate. Clicking “I Agree” (or similar) during registration forms a binding agreement between you and Curam.

1. Purpose of the Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to regulate the relationship between you and Curam, a brand owned by DKA by A.M AB. Curam seeks long-term, transparent, and mutually beneficial collaborations. We strive to treat Affiliates fairly and expect Affiliates to promote Curam honestly and without misleading their audiences.

As an Affiliate, you may promote Curam’s products and online courses available in the web shop. New product launches are automatically included in this Program.

2. Term

This Agreement becomes effective upon your registration and acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate at any time by written notice via email, effective immediately.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promote Curam in line with Curam’s brand values and any provided Brand Guidelines.
• Suggested activity: aim for approximately 2 posts per month on your social channels.
• Create authentic content; do not mislead or make unsupported claims.
• Comply with applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws, including required disclosures (e.g., #ad, #sponsored).

4. Affiliate Links & Tracking

• After approval, you will receive access to our third-party system (e.g., AffiliateWP) to generate your unique tracking link.
• Eligible purchases made via your link are tracked for 45 days from the first click.
• You earn a 20% commission on product sales before tax and shipping that are properly attributed to your link.
• Attribution depends on correct link usage, end-user consent to tracking where required, and the availability and correct functioning of third-party systems.

5. Payouts

• Payouts are made monthly via PayPal, typically on the 10th of the month for eligible completed sales from the prior month. Payouts are made only for commissions of a minimum of 300 SEK. If the amount is lower, it will be carried over to the following month’s payout. To be an affiliate, you need to have a registered business (F-tax) or use a freelance invoicing service such as Frilans Finans. You are responsible for reporting and paying your own taxes and VAT.
• You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate PayPal details. Curam is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
• Curam may withhold or adjust payouts in cases of refunds, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or policy violations.

6. Program Benefits

• Access to the Curam Affiliate Facebook group for education, inspiration, and community.
• Early access to product launches and VIP promotional opportunities.
• Access to approved logos, images, and marketing materials for your channels.
• Potential for tailored collaborations (events, workshops, social media exposure, newsletters, blog features, UGC for ads, etc.).

7. Prohibited Conduct; Suspension/Termination

Curam may suspend or terminate your participation immediately (and withhold unpaid commissions) if you:

• Engage in fraud or abuse (including self-purchases for commission, fake leads, or cookie stuffing).
• Use misleading, deceptive, or non-compliant advertising (including missing required disclosures).
• Infringe intellectual property, bid on Curam brand terms in ads without written permission, or impersonate Curam.
• Post offensive, illegal, or brand-damaging content, or otherwise harm Curam’s reputation.

Either party may also end the Agreement at any time by written notice via email.

8. Independent Contractor

You participate as an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of Curam. You are responsible for your own taxes, declarations, social contributions, and legal compliance in your jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

Curam will use reasonable efforts to maintain Program operations but is not liable for interruptions, tracking failures, or third-party platform issues beyond its reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curam disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages and caps aggregate liability to the commissions paid or payable to you during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Data & Privacy

To operate the Program, Curam processes Affiliate data (e.g., contact details, PayPal email, performance data). Data is handled in accordance with applicable data-protection laws and Curam’s Privacy Policy. You agree to comply with applicable privacy, marketing, and cookie laws when promoting Curam.

11. Changes to the Program or Terms

Curam may update these Terms or modify/suspend the Program. Material changes will be communicated via email or Program dashboard where practical. Your continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Sweden.
