What we know from the limited scientific studies that have been conducted is that cupping works by expanding the capillaries and increasing the amount of fluid that enters and leaves the tissues. While there is a great deal of anecdotal evidence suggesting that cupping can be effective, very few clinical studies involving humans have been carried out so far, which makes it difficult to “prove” many of the benefits of cupping therapy. That said, cupping has been used by millions of people for thousands of years. Email support@bycuram.com if you would like access to research reports and further reading.
