Welcome to explore and invigorate your body, soul, and mind alongside Curam and NK Padel & Social by ASCARO, atop the roof of NK Parkaden in downtown Stockholm. By infusing urban energy and a dynamic HIIT class led by Synöve Asplund, who runs a martial art studio; fighting Muay thai and work as a personal trainer, we elevate the self-care experience.

We’ll kick off the morning with an energetic HIIT class, Functional strength with body weight. We mix strength and fitness in a playful way! Followed by a Curam Recovery® session designed to release tension, accelerate muscle recovery, and promote self-connection using Curam static massage cups in various positions and movements. Afterward, we’ll gather for a delightful lunch by the pool at Naboterassen, savoring the panoramic view of Stockholm city. You’ll also have the opportunity to experience Curam’s other massage cups during the event.
