Curam Recovery® is a recovery class where we integrate Curam’s (static) massage cups into various positions using Eastern-inspired techniques. This provides the body with a deep fascial massage, leaving you with a sense of centering, well-being, and tranquility.

The combination of different positions that we use to access the body’s fascia, relax, and connect with inner stillness, along with the cups that stimulate blood and lymph circulation while increasing fluid flow, will help release even deeper tensions throughout the body. It will enable you to let go and achieve deep relaxation, aiding your body in finding better balance and enhancing self-awareness. It’s an excellent complement to more active physical training.
