- Place the Face cup in the middle of the chest bone and pull it towards the armpit 3-4 times.
- You can attach Static cups to the armpit and let them sit for 1-3 minutes, or pump 3-4 times with the Face cup or Dynamic Mini cup for more stimulation. Repeat on both sides.
- You can also move the Dynamic Mini cup along the side of the rib cage, from bottom to top, 3-4 times.
