If you are new to facial cupping it might affect your skin and cause pimples in the beginning. This is because of the detox process when the flow is started. Start gently and then increase use gradually.

Q: Can I cup my face if I have had botox?

If you have had botox, it is recommended to avoid facial cupping immediately after the treatment. Botox needs time to settle into the muscles, and cupping may alter the results by affecting the placement of the injections. In general, it is advisable to wait about two weeks after botox before starting facial cupping. It’s best to consult your practitioner or doctor for specific recommendations based on your treatment. If you experience swelling after botox, cupping can be beneficial as it stimulates lymphatic flow, which can sometimes be negatively affected by botox. Regular cupping can also help train your facial muscles to relax, which may have a positive impact on wrinkle formation over time.

Q: How should I use my face cups at home?
