• Apply oil on the calf.
  • Divide the calf into 3 sections, outside line, back and inner line.
  • Put the dynamic mini cup on the first section of the calf and move it slow.
  • Repeat 2-3 times on each section
  • From ankle to knee, up and down.
  • Allow the cup to stay on for 1 minute on specific areas where it is extra needed.
