The lymphatic system is one of the most important and complex systems in the human body. It is mainly the lymphatic system that is responsible for the purification of our bodies. If the removal of slag products does not work satisfactorily, they instead accumulate in the connective tissue and can cause pain.
If the slag products are not transported away and remain in the tissues for too long, it can eventually be converted to be stored as fat and connective tissue. The slag products then appears as cellulite, and the body becomes swollen.
For the lymphatic system to function optimally and efficiently to take care of viruses, bacteria and pesticides, we must move, drink plenty of water and eat a good diet. But even if we do this it may still be too little to keep the lymph flow optimally. Cupping, and especially dynamic cupping when letting the cups slide over the skin, stimulates lymph circulation and therefore brings with it an effective purification of slag products and a stronger immune system.
For lymphatic drainage, hold the cup in the direction of the lymph nodes to help flush away waste and slag products. Do not leave cups on the lymph nodes.
