Massage cups that transform your everyday life

A new generation of eco-friendly, toxin-free self-care tools. Cupping enhances flexibility & mobility, releases tensions, stimulates blood and lymph circulation, promoting smoother skin and faster muscle recovery time. A natural boost anytime and anywhere you like.

I use them every day! The static ones under my feet, on the lumbar spine and on my calves (especially after I have been running or when I have been at a House dance session, the calves are really sored after that). The dynamic is perfect to use in the shower on my thighs and butt against my cellulites and to stimulate the flow there.

I have used the cups for about six months and love them. Recently, I let my sister-in-law use the static cups since she had had a sore neck for several weeks and was on sick leave because of that. After a couple of days of self-treatment with the cups, the neck was almost completely fine. How wonderful! Of course she ordered her own cups immediately.

Curam facial cupping is my new morning routine that I don’t want to be without! Such a nice way to ‘wake up the face’! The skin feels so fresh and nice with the accompanying oil. The other day, a colleague said I look slimmer in the face. It really feels like the face is getting a lift!

Frequently Asked Questions

Our treatment works deeply and supports the body’s natural systems. Here are some of the most common benefits – from increased mobility to more radiant skin.

What happens in the body when I do cupping?2025-05-22T19:52:55+02:00

When you attach the cup to the skin, a negative pressure is formed which affects and lifts the connective tissue in the muscles and subcutaneous tissue. The cup causes the area to attract fluids which primarily means that the influx of blood increases. In addition, cupping has an effect on the lymphatic system. Increasing the supply of blood improves the body’s ability to heal itself and helps the lymphatic system get rid of a larger amount of slag products than normal.

In densified connective tissue more slag products accumulate, and with increased blood flow, a purification process can begin. Cupping can help you relieve tensions, increase muscle relaxation, mobility and skin elasticity, decrease puffiness and minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

How often should I use the cups?2025-05-22T19:52:40+02:00

For beginners, we recommend starting with around 3 times a week, for both the body and face. This can be increased as needed and as your body/face gets used to the treatment. The body often tolerates more cupping, and for some people, daily cupping works well. For static body cupping, start with a couple of minutes per area, and for dynamic cupping, perform a few glides per area, then gradually increase based on how it feels for you.

If you are cupping your entire face and performing lymphatic drainage, we recommend cupping 3-4 times a week. It can be beneficial to take a rest day occasionally, especially for lymphatic drainage, to allow your skin time to recover. The mini cups can generally be used more frequently or for targeted treatment with the large facial cup on specific areas. Experiment and find what suits you best—the most important thing is to start gently and listen to your body’s signals.

How are Curam’s massage cups different from other cups?2025-05-22T19:52:47+02:00

Curam’s cups are designed and developed in Sweden together with trained cupping therapists to secure the best design, the right flexibility and suction ability. Our cups are made of durable, “BPA-free food grade silicone” which means it is 100% eco-friendly silicone. They are ergonomically designed and grip-friendly, antimicrobial, easy to wash and easy to use. Cups made with low-quality silicone can easily break down and potentially cause bacteria. Therefore, be careful when making your choice.

With two different models you can easily find the right option for your needs. Curam Static massage cup is suitable for static use while Curam Dynamic massage cup can be used advantageously for dynamic use as well as for static use on larger body surfaces.

I got marks after cupping, is this normal?2025-05-22T19:52:19+02:00

Yes, it is completely normal. Some people get marks, some dont; some more, others less – it partly depends on your skin type. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend first massaging and warming the skin with your hands and creating less vacuum with the cup at the beginning. After a few days, when your skin has started to get used to the cupping massage, you can gradually increase the vacuum.

The cups can lead to marks that resemble bruises but should not be confused with them. It is completely harmless and only affects the outermost layers of the skin. According to TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), it is usually the case that if you have good circulation in the area, no marks will appear, and where circulation is stagnant, bluish marks may occur. These marks usually fade and disappear after a few days. The marks that appear can be the result of toxins coming to the surface, stagnation, previous injury, or lactic acid produced by the muscles. If redness or itching occurs, it is likely due to the increased blood circulation. For those with sensitive skin, it is also common to get marks.

Why is cupping effective against cellulite?2025-05-22T19:52:28+02:00

Dense connective tissue combined with poor blood circulation is the main reason the body forms so-called cellulite skin. Cupping is a deep massage, and as it lifts the skin and connective tissue and stimulates blood and lymph circulation, it can be an effective treatment for improving skin texture and clearing the skin. We recommend dynamic cupping for cellulite skin along with a good oil that stimulates lymph circulation, such as Curam Body and Massage Oil.
