  1. Place the body cup against the skin, squeeze it and gently release to create vacuum suction.
  2. Leave the static cups in one place, at different bodyparts and let the cup do its job.
  3. Curam Dynamic can be used statically, keeping the cup in one place, or dynamically by using Curam body oil combined with gentle movement. To prevent cupping marks, don’t leave the cup in one position for too long (static cupping).
  4. Apply Curam face & massage oil to a clean face and the area you want to treat, in order to help the cup glide smoothly over the skin and to increase the benefits of the cupping effects.
  5. Place the cup against the skin, squeeze it and gently release to create vacuum suction. Use slow sweeping gliding massage strokes and perform out and up motions. Move the cup the whole time to prevent cupping marks.
  6. Suggested use: 2-3 times a week, 3-5 minutes per area for body cupping and 3-5 strokes for facial cupping.

  • The walls of Curam Dynamic are slightly thicker than Curam Static which makes it slightly stronger in its suction power.
  • The dynamic cup can be perceived as stiff at first, to soften it faster you can start by using both hands and press the cup from both sides, all around, to speed up the process.

  • Do not face cup if you are suffering from a skin disease, difficult acute acne or rosacea, eczema, broken capillaries, moles, skin tags, warts, sunburned skin, raised moles, over new scars, herpes or very sensitive, thin and irritated skin.

    Curam’s cups have worked so well for me!! They create a strong suction (more than you might think) but at the same time in a pleasant way, not painful. The static cups work autonomously and are excellent for trigger points, like the neck. I primarily use the dynamic cup to counteract muscle soreness or stimulate blood circulation in stiff muscles. I am very satisfied with Curam’s cups – they have worked wonders for my otherwise constantly stiff and overworked body! The oils also smell fantastic!
