Place two static cups on the shoulders, towards the neck, on the soft part. Let them sit for a while, relax, close your eyes, and take soft breaths. Feel into the shoulders and arms, perhaps you'll get a sense of where to continue cupping and how it feels towards the hands. Q: My bottle with oil wasn't completely full?

The bottle is larger than the 50/150 ml that the oil is measured for. This is because the oil consists of only natural ingredients and different temperatures can affect the oil such that it can both swell and freeze. Therefore we have left room for expansion of the oil. The fact that the oil can take different forms is not something that destroys the oil in any way.

Q: I have dark circles under my eyes, can facial cupping help?
