Combine the cups to treat multiple areas simultaneously. Static cups, when left in place, work deeper into the connective tissue, and by using all four, you can maximize the effect. Suitable for both smaller and larger body areas. Use the dynamic cup on larger areas like the back, buttocks, and legs, while the dynamic mini cup, which is smaller and softer, is better suited for thinner areas like arms, ankles, and shins.   1. Gently place the cup against the skin, squeeze the cup from both sides, and slowly release to create a vacuum.
  2. Let the cup remain in one place and let it do the work for you.
  3. Dynamic cups can be used statically (the cup stays in one place) or dynamically by using Curam Body and Massage Oil along with sweeping movements.
  4. To prevent cupping marks, keep the cup moving continuously and avoid letting it stay in one spot (static cupping).
  5. Recommended use: 2-3 times per week, 3-5 minutes per area.

    Use them every day! The static ones under my feet, on the lower back, and on the calves (especially after running or when I’ve been dancing house, the calves are sore as heck then). The dynamic one is perfect to use in the shower on thighs and buttocks against my cellulite and to stimulate circulation there.

    After using the cups for a few weeks, they have now become one of my most important tools for managing my chronic pain. They work as well as or even better than TENS. I am incredibly happy that they exist! I wish they could come in a slightly smaller size that would work for hands, feet, elbows, and knees.
