  • The course consists of 12 different videos ranging from 1 to 20 minutes, totaling 55 minutes, along with supplementary text documents.
  • Divided into short videos with various themes, the course allows you to easily revisit different sections as needed. You’ll have access to the course for 12 months.
  • Designed for those in good overall health; if you have highly sensitive skin or serious skin problems, consult your dermatologist before starting cupping.
