Dynamic mini cup

299 kr

The dynamic mini cup promotes blood and lymph circulation and is suitable for both static and dynamic use, especially on smaller body areas such as arms, ankles, shins, and calves. It complements Curam’s larger dynamic cup, which has a stronger suction power, making it better suited for larger body areas. Alternatively, the mini cup can be used on larger areas if the dynamic cup feels too firm and intense. For dynamic cupping on dry skin, use Curam Body and Massage Oil to enhance the gliding effect and maximize the benefits of cupping.

✔ Enhance mobility & flexibility
✔ Support muscle recovery
✔ Reduce swelling
✔ Diminish cellulite

  1. Gently place the cup against the skin, squeeze the cup from both sides at its widest part, and then slowly release to create a vacuum.
  2. The dynamic mini cup can be used statically (cup stays in one place) or dynamically by using oil/shower cream along with sweeping movements.
  3. To prevent cupping marks, keep the cup moving and avoid letting it sit still in one spot (static cupping).
  4. Recommended use: 2-3 times per week, 3-5 minutes per area.
  • The walls of the dynamic mini cup are thinner than the dynamic cup and have a smaller circumference, making it slightly milder in suction and easier to use, especially if you have weaker hands.
  • With dynamic use, you can target the outer layers of the fascia and achieve an effective lymphatic massage. This can reduce swelling, relieve tension, and smooth the skin, while also speeding up recovery after exercise.
  • The cup may feel a bit stiff and firm at first. To soften it faster, use both hands to press the cup from both sides, all around, to expedite the process.
  • Made of 100% eco-friendly silicone
  • Free from BPA, PVC, and toxins
  • Dimensions: 7 cm x 5 cm

When is the dynamic mini cup preferred over the dynamic cup?

The mini cup is designed for dynamic cupping on smaller body areas, making it a perfect complement to the dynamic cup, which works better on larger body parts. The mini cup is slightly softer, making it a great alternative if you find the dynamic cup too rigid, firm, or difficult to handle.

Do I need both the static cups and the dynamic mini cup?

Static cups are only for static use, meaning they are placed on the target area and left still. You cannot actively work with the cup in motion. With dynamic cupping, you move more fluids, which makes it a better lymphatic massage and provides a different stimulation and experience. On smaller and more pointed body parts, static cups will adhere even better during static cupping compared to the dynamic mini cup, making them an excellent complement to each other.

Can cupping help with cellulite?

Dense connective tissue combined with poor blood circulation is the primary cause of cellulite. Cupping is a deep massage technique that lifts the skin and connective tissue, stimulating blood and lymph circulation, making it an effective treatment for improved skin structure and cleansing. We recommend dynamic cupping for cellulite-prone skin.
