Love Yourself Incense Sticks
These hand-rolled, all-natural incense sticks feature a soft and sensual musk scent, perfect for use during rituals or whenever you want to infuse yourself and your space with sensual vibes.

  1. Light an incense stick and let the smoke create a cozy atmosphere. The incense can be extinguished and relit as needed. Use during your rituals, meditations, or whenever you want to enhance the ambiance with a pleasant scent.
  2. Apply Curam Facial and Massage Oil to a clean face or the area you want to treat. The oil helps the cup glide smoothly over the skin and enhances the benefits of cupping with its nourishing ingredients.
  3. Begin each session by stimulating lymphatic flow at the clavicle area by pumping the cup a few times, as instructed in the “Lymph Drainage Program”.
  4. Gently place the cup on your skin over the desired area (face, neck, or décolletage). Squeeze the cup on both sides and release to create a vacuum.
  5. Use slow, sweeping motions, moving the cup outward and upward. Keep the cup in constant motion to prevent cupping marks. Work on one side of the face at a time. Finish with lymphatic strokes from the hairline down to the collarbone.
  6. Facial cupping is said to improve product absorption, so reapply Curam Facial and Massage Oil after the session to deeply nourish your skin and enhance the effects of the cupping treatment.
  7. Recommended use: 3–5 strokes per area, 3 times a week. Avoid use on fresh scars, sunburned, or damaged skin. Do not cup directly over recent Botox or fillers; wait 2–4 weeks before use.

  • The Wooden Flower Facial Oil is specially formulated for use with facial cups. It nourishes, hydrates, and soothes the skin with ingredients like jojoba oil, lavender, and frankincense. The oil absorbs well, suits all skin types, and does not need to be washed off after cupping.
