Yoni Egg – Rose Quartz
The Yoni Egg, made from rose quartz, is said to enhance your connection to yourself and your yoni with its beneficial properties. This tool is designed to strengthen pelvic floor muscles and help you connect more deeply with your yoni.

  1. Light your Palo Santo stick and let it burn for a few moments. Blow out the flame and let the smoke fill the room. Use the smoke to cleanse yourself and your energy by sweeping the Palo Santo around your body from bottom to top. Continue as long as needed, then extinguish the stick on a heat-resistant dish or with a little water. Finish by opening a window to let out old energy and welcome fresh, positive vibes.
  2. Gently place the static cup on the skin, squeeze the cup, and then carefully release to create a vacuum.
  3. Leave the cup on one spot and let it work for you.
  4. To prevent cupping marks, do not leave the cup on for too long.
  5. Recommended use: 2–3 times per week, 3–5 minutes per area.
  6. Before using your yoni egg for the first time, clean it in hot water. Allow the egg to gradually heat with the water by placing it in a pot from the start. Avoid placing the egg directly into boiling water, as this can cause it to crack due to the sudden temperature change.
  7. Let your yoni welcome the egg naturally—don’t push it. Work together with your body and allow the egg to be received at its own pace. When you’re new to yoni eggs, use them for shorter periods, such as during this ritual. As you become more comfortable, you can extend the duration of use.
  8. When you’re done, sit in a comfortable squat and gently push the egg out. You can also use the string, similar to removing a tampon.
  9. Rose quartz may have tiny natural cracks, so it’s important to clean your yoni egg after every use with lukewarm water and mild soap.

If desired, perform a “squeeze and release” exercise in sync with your breath to further strengthen pelvic floor muscles. If yoni eggs are new to you, you may not feel much initially, but with continued practice, you’ll build awareness and deepen your connection with your body.
  • Each yoni egg is handcrafted in China from rose quartz sourced from Brazil. Due to the handmade nature, each egg is unique, with variations in color and shape. A synthetic string is included, which can be easily replaced if desired, as well as a fabric pouch for storage. Note that rose quartz is delicate, so handle your egg with care to avoid dropping it. Medium Size: Approx. 35 g, 2.3 cm wide, and 3.5 cm long. For hygiene reasons, yoni eggs are non-returnable.
